Laila Khondkar is a development professional and researcher whose work has contributed to understanding social and health-related issues affecting young people in Bangladesh. She is recognized for her contribution as a co-author of the study “Study on Urban Adolescents: Knowledge, Attitude and Practice related to Reproductive & Sexual Health in Bangladesh,” a publication associated with the EC/UNFPA Initiative for Reproductive Health in Asia. The initiative supported research and programmes across several Asian countries, including Bangladesh, to improve access to reproductive health information and services, particularly for underserved communities and young people.
